7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.2 Balance During Suspension

Where an account is suspended under investigation, genuine deposited funds (excluding bonus balances and any winnings under investigation) will be held securely and returned to the player via the original payment method once the investigation concludes in the player's favour. If the investigation confirms a violation, funds may be partially or fully withheld as restitution for losses caused by the prohibited activity.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Only after exhausting these steps should formal legal proceedings be initiated.

14. Amendments to These Terms

06jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, unless the change is required urgently for legal or security reasons, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using 06jl and may request account closure as described in Section 8.3.
